I get the following error when I open ComicBase and every time I access a title: SQL Logic Error no such table: SeriesTags when attempting to show title tags Does anyone know what is causing it? I've uninstalled and re-installed a fresh copy of ComicBase Professional edition and the error won't go away. I'm also getting a disk i/o error when I try to download the latest updates.

I can no longer access the advanced find function. I have re logged on, cleared my cache and have tried several other browsers like Chrome and Edge. Current browser I use is Firefox. Nothing seems to work it seem something changed in the past week as I also now get when I do a search a view listed by cover images instead of a listing by text. Unable to resolve this. Is there a direct link to bring up the advanced find?

So, I think there is something wrong with Atomic Avenue when I checkout, this message "Shipping calculation failed: Unexpected error in GetShippingRateAsync: Invalid origin ZIP." My zip code is right. So what is going on?

I have placed a couple of orders off the site, and I might have placed more but I am stopping (despite having a cart full of items right now) because it is too time consuming in the current form and the number of bugs I am running into is too high. I have detailed usability in this post and bugs in my previous posts. Enhancement Requests: It would be nice to see the shipping charges prior to checking out see it split out by seller. I put a 3.00 item in my cart from two sellers and one charges 17 shipping and the other 8. It would be nice to know that in advance. Have an option to move items in cart to Buy Later and not just the other way around. …

Does NOT Show books or Magazines

This shows that one seller has inventory that can easily be navigated by jumping to a title:

I recently bought a new HP printer. When I load a new batch of comics I print the "Identification Labels" on Avery 5160 inkjet stock. Lately the labels have not aligned to the Avery template and instead print to a smaller grid. Has anyone else run into this? Any solutions? Trying to work thru HP but no luck so far.

HI I have tried 4 different times over the last 2 weeks to checkout using paypal and all I get is an error message. also I am trying to figure out if the charges are in Canadian or american dollars.

I need to regrade some comics that were purchased from me but regrade is broken. When I select the comic in the order and click on Regrade Items, it just takes me to a blank page. Tried different computers and browsers and same on all. Regrade items portion of website is broken.

I haven't used Comic Base for a few years and want to start anew. Is there way to delete my inventory and start over? Or do I just create a new database? If I create a new database do I copy my current database's grading, publishers and other lists or just say no. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

If you posses a better/larger cover scan to replace an existing one, how is that done?

I've been running back through my database collection and adding new content, so many title lookups. The program has been slow to populate titles in the dropdown bar and sometimes typing any characters becomes stuck. Ultimately, I get the Windows "program not responding" and it just churns without resolving itself and I need to close the program and restart it. I have also rebooted the computer to see if that helps (it does not). Other than Google Chrome running at the same time, the burden on my laptop memory, CPU, and hard drive should be minimal. Functionality in Chrome works just fine when my ComicBase 2024 Archive Edition gets stuck. My current version is v24.0.0.941…

I'm no longer getting email notifications when posting items or when a sale is made. I've checked my account settings and spam folder, nothing there.

The cover picture for Milk & Cheese #2 - 4th printing is missing. The cover picture is identical to other variants of Milk & Cheese #2.

I can not get into my store to browse items. The only choice I have in place of Browse Store is "Custom Items" does anyone know what is causing this?

something COMPLETELY ridiculous happened, and i can only figure i put like, a barcode number in the copies field-but i dont know how to find it! look at this-obviously i didn't suddenly acquire nearly a million books, hahah. Any idea how i can look this up?

Was looking at the Atomic Avenue listings for Amazing Spider-Man #666, and for Variation 111 through 143, the web page lists the items as #666 with no variation designation. Variations 1 through 110 are all displayed properly (e.g., "#666 Variation 1"). I am assuming that there is some obscure coding issue at work here. To see what I am describing, go to the Amazing Spider-Man page, click on the page "2" link, and scroll down. The problem also is manifest on the individual pages for the affected variants. See this page for #666 Variation 111 for example.

Just checked my inventory and my 8100 listings (estimated count) has been reduced to 2 items in my inventory. Does anyone know what happened?

My Google account has alerted me to a data breach of Atomic Avenue. Does anyone know anything about this?

PayPal, LITERALLY just canceled me. Their reason is for "potential risk and safety". Apparently there's NOTHING I CAN DO about it. Are there alternatives to PayPal for Atomic Avenue payouts?
