Previously sold items re-appearing in AA

Featured Replies

Hi,

I had to cancel 2 orders this week on AA, because I believe previously sold items appear in my inventory as available.  And yes, I use the "remove sold items" feature, before I list my comics for sale.  I cannot prove this is happening, I'd have to do an exhaustive search.  However, it happens way too frequently to be user error. I'm not blaming the software per se, but maybe I am missing something.  Another odd thing worth noting, when I cancel an order, you would expect the issue to go back into your inventory in ComicBase software, but when I look it up, I see zero quantity.

Any advice on this matter would be appreciated. Thanks.

In ComicBase, if you go to Setup --> Preferences you should get a pop-up window with a variety of items in it.  One of those items is "Add any cancelled items back to my inventory"  I assume that if you check that box, items from cancelled sales will be restored to your inventory and they will have the "For Sale" attribute checked off.

Unfortunately I don't have any insights into the first part of your post.
